2. Processing Times

• UK orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  International orders within 10 - 20 days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking where applicable. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, please note:

• Delays may occur due to postal strikes, weather, or high seasonal demand.
