Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

✅ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging
✅ Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
❌ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

3. Return Process

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

  3. Send the item back using a tracked delivery service — return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please contact us. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Email us at info@ukpatriot.org within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

  • We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — including return shipping where applicable.
